With covid making a comeback, we follow stringent Covid appropriate behaviour to ensure your safety and security.

• Careful and complete sanitization of Vehicles is done prior and post to each ride.
• Each Car has been installed with Car Isolation Partition Sheet.
• Separate Hand Sanitizer for Guest as well for Chauffeur is always available in the car.
• Pressure Sprayer filled 3M Chemical Sanitizer is made available for sanitization of vehicle between the duty too, if required.
• All chauffeurs are equipped with Vinyl gloves and Face Masks which is appropriately used by them during rides.
• Temperature screening of all chauffeurs is done unfailingly before assigning any duty to them or before their leaving the hub for any assignment.
• Arogya Setu App installed on the mobiles of ITH Chauffeurs.
• Chauffeur are briefed and repeatedly briefed of COVID 19 safety policies.
